About 26,000 studio-type residential units located in the Sasazuka district were plotted on a heat map according to rent per sqft.

This visual makes it possible to compare and analyze areas with higher rent per sqft to areas with lower rent per sqft.

Although the area surrounding Sasazuka station has high rental prices, we also find scattered areas with high rental prices farther away from the station. To those considering investing in residential condos, we recommend choosing a property within the red areas.

Next time, we will analyze Sasazuka district from the perspective of market liquidity.
