A visual of Singapore’s unit prices

The attached file is a heat map of unit prices of rental properties throughout Singapore. Highest to lowest unit price is indicated as follows: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. According to expectation, we can see that unit prices around the downtown area is the highest, however, we also see that the unit prices around Clementi and Punggol are individually high. This heat map only reflects the most recent unit prices but next time we will project year-over-year (YOY) growth rate of unit prices onto this map.
