Singapore’s year over year (YOY) growth rate

Previously, we showed the most recent unit prices using a heatmap but this time we want to present the YOY growth rate. Since downtown is generally an area with high unit prices, it is not unusual to see a small YOY growth rate. However, we were surprised to see high YOY growth rates concentrated in the northeastern direction of North East Line starting from Serangoon. Although this research was conducted to get a grasp of Singapore as a whole, we would like to dig deeper to find what caused the highest observed YOY growth rates in areas around Hougang.
