Heat Map of Unit Prices in Musashi-Koyama (Musashi-Koyama)

Previously, our analysis was focused on Sasazuka but this time we created a heat map for unit prices of studio-type condos in the Musashi-Koyama area. From this map, we can see that the distribution of high unit prices in Musashi-Koyama are east of the station. It appears unit prices are set at a lower price for properties on the northern side of the station. Next time, we will analyze the same area from the perspective of market liquidity with a heat map.
