On Tuesday, May 26, 2020, we released propTREE, a new tool that helps property owners understand the most desirable property features in the local market.
Propre collects and organizes over 16 million sets of real estate information per day from 17 countries. We are one of the largest databases in the world in terms of number of properties handled. We compile and analyze data collected from each country in unique ways. Whether you are buying, selling, renting, or lending, our platform allows anyone to easily access global real estate data.
PropTREE, our most recent product launch exclusive to Japan, is a business tool designed to help users effectively navigate Propre’s extensive database. To use propTREE, simply answer basic questions about a property you have in mind (location, year built, floor plan). Based off this information we will generate a decision tree that shows what keywords or parameters (dishwasher, free WIFI, wood flooring, cable TV, etc.) impact the value of your property.
For example, imagine you are a property manager for an apartment complex. You are considering making some renovations in order to increase rent prices and decrease room vacancies. To ensure that the renovations made are a good investment you use propTREE. PropTREE collects and analyzes property data within a specified radius around your address. This data is organized into a decision tree allowing you to easily identify the renovations that would be most lucrative based on the local market. PropTREE takes the guesswork out of property management and helps you avoid ineffective renovation costs.
We can generate several different decision trees for the same address depending on your floor plan,. Regardless of whether you live alone or with your family, propTREE provides you with a scientific approach to developing an attractive property relative to the local market.
As of May 2020, propTREE is available for use in all 23 wards of Tokyo. Areas served by this product are scheduled to gradually expand.
