First round of Yangon unit price analysis
We collected data on about ten thousand properties for a past period in major areas of Yangon city and projected it onto the Choropleth Map. By doing so, you can identify reasons for why certain areas may exhibit high unit prices. Geographically speaking, high unit prices are characteristic of a downtown area however, it is highly likely that individual condominiums in other areas are responsible for the high prices. Compared with other countries, the accuracy of analysis in Myanmar still has room for improvement but this gives us an initial understanding of the area as a whole.
