Market liquidity heat map of rental properties in Musashi Koyama
This market liquidity heat map reflects the amount of time properties around the Musashi Koyama station stay on the market. Unlike the previous analysis of Sasazuka, this map is characterized by scattered areas of properties that are struggling to close. Therefore, simply analyzing properties with both long and short market times doesn’t give us a very good picture of what is going on in this scenario. If the unit price is higher than the surrounding area, it will obviously take more time to find a new tenant. Next time, we will conduct a four-quadrant analysis by combining market time and unit price.
